Does the game trace our booster inventory?

The official Game Expert answer to losing boosters when switching phones includes this statement:

"Always remember that we never recommend storing too many free boosters on your device, not only is there a chance they may be lost but they can also affect the game play. We offer a variety of ways to get free boosters every day so there is no need to stockpile them. Use them to get past those tricky levels!"

Does this response suggest that the game registers what boosters we have and adjust our events or our game board difficulty according to this?

Interesting thought! The thought that this was just a cumbersome way of expression had not occurred to me, but it would not be the first time that King staff use language in a misleading way or context. The effect of this paragraph on non native English speakers is really valuable. Thanks for sharing this. I think you may well be right!

I believe what is means by the saying is: if you don't use boosters you will have a hard time to pass a level.

I'm wondering if there is a way to test this out. Some levels actually seem easier without any boosters than with boosters. I often find the first level of the episode now holds me up with all my win streak boosters. Level 10,266 just now was one such level. I failed with my full candy necklace plus starting boosters, replayed it with no boosters and passed on that (second) attempt. I know this doesn't quite fit in with my original question, but indirectly. Obviously there is a classification of the gameboards we get. There are "without boosters on the initial board" and "with win streak boosters on the initial board" and probably also "with winstreak plus starting boosters" variants. Could this be what is meant? Or is it worse than that and King do play Big Brother on our inventories and penalise players who are hoarding party poppers?
