I am sorry I am not sure what you mean by "game card", but obviously the moderator's reply is not what you were looking for here. Please could you help us help you by being more precise. Are you trying to redeem a voucher? What type is it? If so, then this might just be due to you having lost connection to the app store or King's server, so try to close and reopen the app, and maybe reboot your device as well.
