So I have played up threw 3000 but everything I sign on just has me at 746 I have to keep scrolling to get to my highest game why won’t it save me where I’m at

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following standard troubleshooting steps:
- ensure you have a stable Internet connection
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)
- check for updates for your game app and run them
- force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
- ensure your game is backed up on King servers → save your progress
