Hello again @jolep. My first suggestion is to close your browser in order to clear your history. Then, try the web address (redeem.king.com) again. When I tap it, I get the following:
I do not have a Facebook account, so I would login with the email and password I use to play King games. I would not tap on "Continue with Facebook."
If you don't already have one, I suggest you create a King account. Then sync it with your Facebook account. Instructions for how to do that can be found in the Help Center by tapping 👉HERE👈.
If you then cannot connect to the site, your options are to try the standard troubleshooting steps for your device (I can send them to you) or contacting Player Support.
