Sorry for the confusion if you are referring to the Paradise Bay campaign please make sure that you have your Paradise Bay game ID ready.
Then please go to the in game Help Centre for the game that you wish to be compensated. For example in Candy Crush Saga you will find this by going to the pink "settings" cog and then the green "settings" cog and selecting "Help Center"
in pet rescue puzzle, in the settings menu there is no help centre, thus where do I go fot the compensation
