In this Community, I can report the issue to management, but we are not able to give you the rewards you earned. For that, you will need to contact Player Support. Complete the Contact Us form to reach Player Support. The first response will be an automated response, so reply to that message with your User ID, device details and screenshots. You should get assigned a ticket number when your issue is assigned to a specific person. In the meantime, I will report this issue to the Community management.

I am sorry that you are not receiving the rewards you are expecting from the Pins event. Could you please share a screenshot of your Pins rewards page so we can better understand what you should receive? I am particularly interested in seeing your "Travel Adventures" progress.
