Hello, I'm new here. Decided to become a member to see if someone can help me.
Been playing Candy Crush for more than 10 years now. I'm on 17,000 level (something) can't even see the level I'm in because the game is frozen on Bronze Chocolate box. It opens, sometimes let me spin the wheel but goes back to that window. I've reset the phone (iphone 14) multiple times, forced out the app, the wifi is fine, data is fine, have enough memory. Don't know what to do. Been happening for 3 days now. Don't want to delete and re-install the app, don't want to lose my progress.
HELP!
