Yes, there is definitely something missing in that image. Some part of the offer failed to load maybe? Well, it looks like KIng can't even get the offers right now. How do they expect to continue to make a profit?

One of the worst why can't you just a human chat option like other great organisations. You are a multi billion dollar surely you can afford a few human customer care reps to answer questions AI couldn't

I do agree with that since now we have a lot AI assistant out there. I believe the new chat system can gives the tips of passing levels but not on solving the missing of Golden Crown in my case. The Golden Crown is a common and basic features of this game. It's totally different with other events or features in this game. Now, I do have this features popped out after passing level 700 in a sudden. I must admit that even the Support can't respond to my problem properly. 🤷‍♂️

So, I'm not sure if my voting is correct either.

I have tried it out three times now on three different matters and I have now voted and here is my feedback @QueenB :

I like the ease of use and the fact that eventually on genuine technical matters it cannot handle it will offer players access to player support.

Some questions it can answer well and is of help with.

I asked it for some tips on level 10,267 as I was testing out if this level has a "no frog" solution. Kingsley knew about the other features on the board and advised me about those (liquorice fences, toffee, order locks), but totally ignored the presence of the frog on that level. When I pressed to ask what else I could do it suggested making combos of special candies, which are useless in this level due to liquorice fences. It did not mention the presence of the candy frog at all. In fact this level is impossible to pass without it, (unless you pay for a lot of extra moves in which case you could eventually pass using colour bomb +fish combos).

In general I am very disappointed that the AI seems to tolerate Samantha, the frog, so this feature is allowed to continue to exist in the game, but it no longer offers any advice on it, nor produces any new levels using this feature.

I think there should be party booster timer for 30mins in the purchase section,that booster is superb,but unfortunately you only buy it once with huge gold bars.

Hi @QueenB I prefer using Contact Us which are answered by real people, not by AI or bot. I once encountered missing Golden Crown feature in my new account and sent an email to Player Support but what I received is more like an automated answer in general way. It just telling me all the event and feature come and go, asking me to seeking for help in King community. I reply back I have already do so but have no response in King community that time. Then I received the same email again and the third one ask me to rate for their service…

That's why I'm dislike automated responses very much.
