Nobody forced you to spend that money! What grounds for a lawsuit exactly would you have? It is perfectly possible to play Candy Crush without spending any money. In this post I explained how it can be done:
However in your case I would recommend you delete the app. Life is sweet without Candy Crush, and you will have lots of money to spend on something that actually matters.

Even we paid for the Season Pass, we still have to play the levels and climb the tiers to collect those boosters! When you pay, the boosters will be unlocked, but you have not "earned" those yet!!
