New phone. Lost my level
Thanks for the catch Christine, you’re right. The flow now shows “Chat With Us” at the bottom of a Help Center article, not “Contact Us.” I’ve updated the guidance below so anyone landing here has the correct steps.

Hi @QueenB These instructions are slightly out of date as we no longer see "contact us" at the bottom now. We see Kingsley the friendly chat bot, so what appears instead is "chat with us". Kingsley may be of help in this matter, I am not sure, but to contact Player Support directly players now have to use the link at the bottom of this web page.

Don’t worry, your progress isn’t lost forever. You just need to log back into the same account you used before (Facebook or King account).
If you never linked your game to an account, you’ll need to contact Player Support so they can help restore your levels.
To reach Player Support from inside your game:

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
