How to change my age on Candy Crush when they have the wrong birthdate

It must be regional regulations. The only thing I can suggest is you contact King player support. Maybe they can help.

If your travel is of a temporary nature you may find it goes back to normal when you return home.

Hi there. I am having the same issue. Just traveled to Seoul and here the app on my iPad says I am underage and they have to restricted the game because of country s regulation. Is anyone can solve the issue for me please

No, I opened my app and computer which were automatically logged into my Facebook account (and I've been playing CC since it first appeared so for a long time). It asked for my birthdate and I entered it. After that, it said I couldn't play it due to regional regulations for underage playing. I haven't been able to enter into my settings or the game since as every time I enter I get this pop up which I cannot remove. I emailed them and I get the AI response; I respond to that and I get the "there are plenty of articles here (link) to help." And what they sent does not help. This is what I get in both computer and mobile app.

Hello @docket_rocket . Have you already got a Candy Crush account and the game won't allow you to log into an existing game? Or are you trying to start a brand new game? It is unusual for the game to ask our age just because we changed country. In my experience it only ever asks for the date of birth at the very beginning after I download the app. The easiest way to fix this is to uninstall the app and reinstall it, this time making sure you put in the correct year of birth. If you have moved from the USA to England it is just possible that the year and day are swapped around, because in the UK we put the year at the end when we write dates. So be careful to do this after you download the app and fill in your date of birth. In the UK the day comes first, then the month, then the year.
