Prizes from competitions should arrive automatically, but sometimes there can be glitches. Since rewards are linked to your account, only Player Support can check what happened and make sure you get your prize.

If possible, include your Game ID (here’s how to find it: Find my ID) and a note about the competition where you placed. That will help them track it faster.
