Lost gold bars after logging in on laptop?

Hi, I need some help. I logged into my Candy Crush account on my laptop, and now all my gold bars are gone on my mobile (Android). My progress is still there, but the gold bars have disappeared. Can you please help me get them back?

Hello, good day. I am sending an email from Iran. We connect with VPN to play your game. For several days now, it keeps saying "Please restart or try again later". It keeps saying "Please do not reinstall the game". It cannot connect. It cannot go online and cannot use the rewards. What happened???

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
