Everytime i try to see an ad to get reward, private policy comes up and my game stops. I cannot see ad and cannot get reward. How can i get rid of private policy?

Hi. Any update on this issue, as its now frustrating that you can't get additional moves or boosters due to this glitch.

ExActly happened with me. Uninstalled and reinstalled and lost all boosters. Cannot watch any ad to get any boosters or extra moves
Having same issue for over a week, even uninstall and reinstalled and still same. Lost all the boosters I'd been saving after I'd uninstall. Its frustrating you can't get extra moves or bonus boosters cause this privacy statement keeps popping up and you can't progress only close off the game and start again.
Its still not sorted for me. Its been over a week
same here ! Cannot play game because of apparently King "cares about my privacy" that much it wants me to find another game to play ?

Its still happening. Private policy keeps coming up. I can't watch ads, have closed game many times, even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it still keeps coming up. :(

Since you’re on Android, one thing you can try is clearing the cache of your game app (don’t worry, this won’t delete your progress as long as you’re connected to Facebook or a King account). If the pop-up keeps coming back even after clearing cache, it may be part of a wider issue. Our team has already started looking into this, and we’re gathering more details (like OS version and device type) to pass on to the studio.

Hi @vickyhamraz Welcome to the Community from me as well 🤗. I've had that come up many times but all I do is come out of the game and restart it. It doesn't normally appear again when I do that and I get adverts. And it doesn't happen every time I open an advert. How long has it been happening for you? So maybe next time when it comes up just exit your game and restart it and let us know what happens then.
Just so you know we are all players like yourself and come here to discuss and help each other with our games. So let's hope this gets sorted, then if you have any more questions or need help with your game or the Community, please ask and someone will try and help 😉

It looks like your game is asking you to review the Privacy Policy before you can continue. Once you accept it, the pop-up shouldn’t keep appearing. If it does, here are a few things you can try:
