Retrieve my progress

Please help me with my old progress from my iPhone 8+ I can still play candy crush but the phone is not activated however that level is 5380 and on my iPhone 15 this current level is 2580 I’m playing on both phones but I would like to retrieve my original level of 5380 please help thank you
