If you use the "log in with email" function at the bottom on this screen:

you do not need the help of player support. Your email does not have to be active to get back into your account. Just input the old email and password and your game should come up.

And yes, please do delete your email address from your post. To edit click on the small circle with the dots at the top of your post.
