After reinstalling Windows 11 24H2, I cannot recover my progress by logging into my Facebook account.

That's what I do from the Microsoft Store and then retrieve my progress via Facebook. I enter my email address and password and after a few moments the connection failed. Try again later. I did it several times and no success. i have good Wiffi and good internet by fiber
I would recommend downloading Candy Crush to your device directly and logging in with your email address :)

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
