I haveI have been super frustrated when playing, if I am mid game/have boosters and I need to answer a call or check a message when I flip back to the game it re sets and I loose everything and all progress. Why is this happening

The Gold Bars and Levels do sync across all platforms in all games, but the Boosters do not sync between devices.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
