Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, which device are you using? If you are using the App version on Windows10, this is a known issue and the King team is looking into it.
If you are using a mobile device, please provide as many details as you can! Also, please explain a bit more about what you meant by “screen disappears”!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
