I just passed 12245. As I was ready to play 12246, it was locked. Now all the levels are locked.

Only on Windows, not on mobile but you need to have an earlier appxbundle version of the app. But this trick is no longer necessary as the bug with the latest version has been fixed

I do not think we can revert the version once we have updated to the latest one!
Do you have any tricks to do that? If so, can you please share with us? Also, does this work only on PC Apps or on mobile devices as well?

Appears to be in Windows and 1.313. Right? In the meantime, downgrade to 1.312. On Windows, you won't lose your booster inventory when you log in again, unlike on mobile platforms.
