Only on Windows, not on mobile but you need to have an earlier appxbundle version of the app. But this trick is no longer necessary as the bug with the latest version has been fixed

Appears to be in Windows and 1.313. Right? In the meantime, downgrade to 1.312. On Windows, you won't lose your booster inventory when you log in again, unlike on mobile platforms.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
