why are some of the ads take minutes to exit them. I just about feed up

Unfortunately, some Ads are like that (in my experience, "Match Villains" is one of those)! It takes forever to show the X and for me to claim the booster!
Is it how the Ads are acting in your game? If it is such delayed Ad(s), we cannot report those and King team will not be able to take any action towards these! It is only when the Ads are freezing, crashing, giving a Black screen, and/or not giving you rewards, that is when, we have to report the Ads!

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
