My game is not loading after getting to a certain start up spot

That was due to the issue with yesterday’s update release! King has worked on it and sent a new version.
Please follow below steps to download the new version👇
1️⃣ Open the Microsoft Store; 2️⃣ Go to Library → Get Updates; 3️⃣ If your system shows an earlier version (like 1.313 or 1.313.1.1), updating manually will fix the crash👍

How do I update my game?
Yes, Candy Crush Saga. On Windows. It acts like it's going to the game after the normal challenges but gets stuck on "loading" a striped candy, bomb, or other adds. Just says "loading."

King fixed this issue on PC today, so make sure your game is updated to 1.3132.1.0

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
