Hi I got a new phone 2 3 days ago I reinstalled candy crush using same email and Facebook account. Went back in I was still at the same level as before but all my boosters were gone.
I spent over a year playing and I even spent quite some money on the game. I'd appreciate having my boosters back and anything that I might of lost that I didnt notice yet.
I went from Samsung 7 to Samsung s10 if that helps
Hi @fearlessmojo and welcome to our adorable Community π The boosters we collect are saved on our device's memory. This way we can reach them even if we are offline. Unfortunately, when you change the device or reinstall the game you will lose all the boosters. I understand how unpleasant it is cause the same happened. We don't recommend storing a lot of boosters, it's better to use them while playing. For now, there is no other solution but to use the boosters before transferring to a new device. please remember π for android, boosters saved directly to phone memory. so you can use them when you offline too. android boosters can not transfer or sync with server.

Bruh.. a warning message or something would be nice. What about the money I spent on some of them. This is ridiculous. I cant even get some sort of compensation?
Looking thru the support forum I see that a lot of people have this problem. Thus you guys dont do a good job to warning us the customers of this issue. This is unacceptable.
