During synchronise to Facebook I lost all my sweet supplies and boosters. How do I get these back?

I was reset. I contacted care and was told to enter community. Now I'm here and see THIS???
IF it isn't resolved then I'm deleting the app and my account. My Candy Crush with Friends works right why isnt this one???
I earned 2 new color bombs (42) and 1 striped/wrapped candy (30)
Otherwise above is accurate. I have updated my game as well but still not resolved obviously.

This way you can reach them even if you are offline. Unfortunately, this also means that when you reinstall the game or change the device you will lose all of them. As a matter of fact, sometimes it can happen even when you are updating your game or if anything messes up with your device's memory, i.e. updating your OS. Because of this, we don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you just use them while playing. Here are some tips on safeguarding your collected boosters.
