Lately I get not action option when the Classic Chocolate Box appears. When this happens, there is no other option than to exit the app. To get back to CC I have to restart my phone. I have updated the app with no resolution. Any ideas to resolve?

Thanks for the info. Pretty depressing. I avoid choosing the Chocolate Box in the events list, but it unfortunately shows up if I pass a level and so I’m stuck with having to restart repeatedly. I would love it if the Box would just go away.
To clear app cache on an iPhone you have to offload the app @birdaub
Hello @birdaub whilst issues with our device might cause game issues the frozen Chocolate box isn't one of those issues.
If you search this forum you will see that plenty of people have complained about the Chocolate Box freezing and blocking their game.
The number of complaints means that the issue is caused by King and not our devices.
Until King fixes the issue all you can do is restart your game and hope that clears the issue. I say hope because for some people even restarting their game and device does not remove the frozen Chocolate Box
Thanks. I have done all of the above except clearing the cache. Not sure how to do that on an iPhone15.
