Hello. I need help. I tried to link my Candy Crush game to my Facebook account to save the progress. It was at level 18k with 41k worth of gold. To my surprise, the gold disappeared after the link. Please help.
I get it. Best of luck with getting help from Player Support for this. I only play using King Accounts, never Facebook, so I'm never quite sure how this works for Facebook players. I hope you get your gold back!
Did you play all the 18,000 levels without saving this game? Did you have a different, previous Candy Crush account saved on Facebook?
If that is the case it would explain why your gold disappeared. Gold cannot be transferred between accounts. As soon as you open a brand new game to start from level 1 you create a new player ID, even if you do not save the game. This new player ID is essentially a new account. So gold does not pass on if you then use the same game to log into an already existing account.
Yeah, i hope so too. By the way, by any chance, did you made an in-app purchase? I remembered that when i did an in-app purchase on my old account, then all the adverts disappeared. That's a reason i created a new game account. Too bad that i made a mistake of linking it on Facebook. Now i lost my gold and adverts.
Yes on both. I played the game up to level 18k+ without saving. I also had previous account that i deleted to create a new one. And it seems Facebook was not able to delete the data completely. I just hope the developers can help me wit
