I still get it when im loosing levels.
I have been stuck on the same level waiting lol
A whole month, you should probably contact support on it. Plus it only shows when you are losing. So if you are on a winning run it doesn't usually show
That might explain it @tjaludi Players near the end of the map generally get less help from the game. Good events and helpful features show up a lot less often for players this far on in the game, compared to players at lower levels.

I understand your disappointment that the Express Delivery Train has not been available in your game recently. Unfortunately, special features are not permanent in King games. However, you may see a different feature, such as Tiffi in her fishing boat with extra lives, and you can expect Casey the Conductor and the Express Delivery Train to reappear sometime in the future.
