Just popping in with a quick update on the Star Tournament issue.
The team has been working on a fix, and it should start rolling out today. Once it lands on your game, the Star Tournament should begin counting stars normally again (no more negative numbers or progress stuck at zero 🤞).
Please keep an eye on your game today and let us know if things start behaving as expected. Your reports have been super helpful, so thank you for sticking with us while we get this sorted 🙏
Just a quick update on the Star Tournament the previous round ended yesterday, and a new one has now started. If you’re not seeing your stars count yet, don’t worry, you’ll first need to complete the newly released levels (episodes) before the new tournament unlocks and starts tracking progress again.
Everything should start updating normally once you’ve reached the new episode. Let me know if this is not the case so I can report back 😉

We’re aware that some players are currently experiencing issues with the Star Tournament where the scores are not updating correctly or in some cases showing no increase, incorrect totals, or even negative points.
Our team is already investigating this to understand what’s causing it and to get it fixed as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we recommend continuing to play as usual and we’ll make sure to share more updates once we have confirmation from the studio.

Hi All, If someone can help me. I followed the instructions about game freezing at the Star Tournament scores not working. So I uninstalled then reinstalled app on my Android phone but I lost all my boosters, which I had A LOT. Is there anyway to get them back? Please help

Yes, last week my Stars capped out at 120 and stopped counting.
This week, I'm just stuck at 0. When I win a star level, it counts from negative 6 up to 0.
Don't know if it's related, but these types of glitches always seem to happen when they bring new Pins.
It's just annoying because the Star tournament is like the only goal-type of sub game that works for the most loyal players.
I’m not getting any points for winning star tournament games. It counts down from -5 to zero
Because of this issue, Star Tournament is only useful for progressing out events that work with it like Baker's Box and Factory Frenzy. Not gonna play CCS just for this tournament if it is bugged unless I have something else to do with it (Like doing a Factory Frenzy or advancing Baker's Box on Mobile)
I still experience the problem within the new ones too. Passed since that date a few levels and nothing was changed.
Team, I’m now in 20705 & next is star Tournament, I keep clearing the levels & still I see -5 to 0 for all the levels! What do you suggest to make this right!
That's the answer I got for the last couple of weeks. I think you all don't care about the long term players.

Ok Moderators, explain this one…..Playing star tournament for three days, no one is advancing past 0. Now there is a name that appears with 6 points. Refreshed the game hoping that might help. Nope!

Hi My Star tournament scoring is not advancing can this please be fixed it has not worked since Nov. 9th. Also I get an error message every time I tried to but the Saturday sale and now the Sunday sale as well.

Hey techies star tournament still not working why don’t you take it off the board until it’s fixed as it’s not updating and causing people to lose gold bars for other rewards ie: updating gold boxes etc: you should compensate for the trouble or remove it
Yes this is happening when I play the star tournament too, I feel it is pointless playing as I cannot move up the list or win rewards. Roll on Wednesday when new levels are added.
you said this last week and STILL NOT FIXED!!!! Come on King, fix this problem. Obviously no money will be spent while this is out of action, Kings loss!!!!
