I have a problem in the Champions Race. When I win first place, I don't get the gold. For the past two days, since the race started, I've been in second place, and the top three spots have already been claimed. I just started playing.

I think you will need to get Player Support to look into this. They aren't easy to get hold of and the only way is this form:
Make sure you include your player ID in the email. There is will be an automated response first of all with a ticket number. It should get followed up within a few days by someone. If it does not send a reply to the automated email restating your case.
Yes, my brother has another account that has surpassed 20,000 points. When his phone broke, he took mine and played his game on it. Then I connected my game and played. Is there a solution to my problem?
This race looks odd. You are playing level 5300 but the players all have passed level 20,000. Have you reached level 20,000 on another account and could there be an account merger? I cannot understand why all those players have those badges.

Level 18561 is impossible without boosters and gold bars. Not enough licorice falls to unlock the block. Very disappointing.
FYI the way level 9292 is currently set up, it is impossible to win without paying for gold bars or having some in reserve.
