Please Help: Issue with level 10054

There is a problem with level 10054. It states 4 dinosaurs are needed to pass the level, however only 3 are available. I have cleared the board many times, but can’t move on because 1 more dinosaur needs to clear, but no more ever come.

Can someone help or fix the issue?

Thank you for explaining, at least I’m not the only one losing my mind. I’m not falling for spending money on this game yet again, did that when the changes first began.

The dragons are programmed to drop once every eight moves, so if you have a 23-move version, like me, this level is mathematically impossible because the fourth dragon will only drop on the 24th move. In order to pass, you must either use 10 gold or three bonus moves from a friend.

You can try complaining to Support regarding this, but it's unlikely to be fixed. This level is not the only one that has become mathematically impossible due to AI reducing moves without regard for how the dragons are programmed, but King just don't care.

Season Pass Locked Again
II upgrade the season pass almost every week. Within a day or two it locks. Very frustrating as I have very limited time to play and when I come online to play and my gold pass is locked it limits my options. Please unlock my gold pass.
