How to report a bug?

I have found a small bug in the game. Where do i post its details? i have already sent an email.. but dint get much of a response

During the level 4654, one cherry suddenly disappears, or perhaps never existed ??? where is it? Spending a few boosters, realizing this is not good...

Level 1721 on original game will not let me pass. No matter how many wrapped candy and colour bomb combos I make it does not register them. How do I get past?

Hi @candybite I got word that level does not have a glitch but it's a very tricky level. I was told that you have to focus only the locks in the right bottom corner and the candy swirl below it.

Hi @candybite you are right! I just played the level and same thing on my game. I did a print screen to show you but it's not allowing me to upload it. I'll see if I can contact someone who can check it out.

There is a glitch/bug

on level 4593. All the keys have destroyed but LC still locked and unable to complete. Fix it pls.

I wanted to report a problem I am having while playing and this seems to be a right platform.

So, there are some levels on which I buy boosters at the last point when I know I won’t be able to pass the level myself and only few or just one move is left.

I purchase the booster and a bag pops up saying I successfully bought it and how many gold I have, and it freezes there. It never goes back to the game where I can use the booster and pass the level. It freezes until I reopen the app. As a result, I loose a game which I would have won had I used the purchased booster. And I loose money as well because I was not able to use the booster for the reason I bought it.

Today is the 4th time it happened to me in the last 2 weeks or so.

The team has to work on this because it is not fair to make me spend money on boosters and don’t let me use them.

Hi @zannite, thank you for posting here. The best solution would for you to report it as a brand new message and either attach print screens or a video showing what's going on. Make sure to mention the level and where you were playing it - mobile or computer?

Every time I reach a level, the Build-a-Bot screen appears, and I can't close it to move on. I have to reboot Candy Crush Saga every time. Is anyone else finding this problem? After spending a fair amount on this game over the last year or more, I'd really like reassurance from a REAL technician that someone was looking into it. I don't mind having to reinstall the game, but I'll lose my progress that has built up over many months of blissfully squandered hours with Candy Crush ! Thanks for reading this.

Please read the thread. I can have a 100% clear shot to the chocolate and it the striped does not remove it. BUT sometimes it does. If there is something in front of the striped ... it will usually work then. Something is not right with this.
