Hello, Crushers!
You may know me best for making numerous fan art of Denize, a beloved character from this game. For more than three years, I've let my creative juices flow imagining what she could do, where she could be, and who she could become, all because I think she just looks fun to play around with as a giant limbed serpent. How she got into this game, as a towering monster with jaws, claws and spikes, remains a mystery.
Unfortunately, it is with some tears that I must announce at this time that I will be permanently retiring from making Denize fan art. I was planning to stop at the end of the Year of the Dragon last year, but I just had some more ideas that led me to end up spending another year dwelling in an obsession with her, which I now regret in hindsight.
Make no mistake, I have had great adventures with her in my art and I had some fun thinking about what I could do with her. But all things need to come to an end. That is why I must officially announce that after December 31, 2025, I will never again make Denize fan art. On that particular date, I will also release one grand finale artwork piece where a number of Candy Crush characters along with her will bid farewell to me. Once that date is past, I will continue to look into the game, but will only view official appearances of Denize.
