You need to feed the frog until it glows and then tap on it to move it. Please check out this link for a video of the level:
To feed the frog use colour bombs: Hit a colour bomb against a candy the same colour as the frog. Here is also a link to a page explaining how the frog works. This is important to understand as it will feature again in other levels:

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
