Greetings. Android,im not sure about the game version, as I assume streaming games update as needed. The screen appears randomly between levels and no I do not see a reflection in my awards afterwards. That is the most i can offer on this.

Funnily enough @joninvenice something similar has just happened to me.
I received a Gift Card pop-up that froze my game. No claim button appeared and the Gift Card pop-up didn't fully load. As you can see some of the information was also upside down.
Because it didn't fully load I couldn't close the pop-up or make any other action and I had to close my game by going to my home screen and closing all apps.
In my case when I restarted my game the Gift Card rewards had been added anyway. Most Claim buttons do not do anything anyway so you might find you obtained the reward anyway. Did you check your Inventory?
