Here we go again, another week(s) of not being able to make in app purchases. I don’t understand why this can’t be fixed. It’s ridiculous!
Hi @r2jacobs I understand why this is frustrating, especially since this isn’t the first time you’ve run into it. I want to take a closer look and make sure we’re actually narrowing this down instead of going in circles.
To help do that, could you share a few details next time you see the error?
• What device you’re playing on (Android, iPhone, or Windows) • Whether this happens on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both • Your country/region • Whether you’re using a VPN (or confirm you’re not) • Does the error only appear when you try to make a purchase, or does it show up elsewhere too?
If possible, a screenshot of the exact error message would also help a lot, as different purchase issues can look similar but have very different causes.
In the meantime, a few things you can try (no reinstall needed):
• Close the game completely and reopen it • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data • Make sure your device’s system date and time are set automatically • Check that your game app is fully up to date
Once I have those details, I can better understand what’s blocking the purchases and take it from there.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
