I accidentally deleted my Canndt crush saga, couldn’t retrieve it, downloaded a new App but now they are starting me from the beginning. Where has my record gone?
Did you save your game with a password and email address @DollyG
If you did then sign into your new game using your old password and email then play a level. Once you have played a level your levels should be reinstated as they were before you deleted the game.
If you didn't save your game with a password and email then you have deleted your record when you deleted the app.

If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it.If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/Kingdom account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.
