It's been over a month since I bought a single in purchase and since then I have not received any ads with free lives. Ive been stuck on one level for weeks. Kind of takes the fun out it. Will they come back?

Yes I feared that might be the case. I was at 17313! Only my second purchase in all that time, big mistake! I've opened another account and have started at 1. Lol

Your adverts might come back @fordi but not for a very long time and then only if you stop playing completely.
As you can see from Kiara's reply the official response doesn't acknowledge the reality of someone that makes a purchase and loses their adverts the same day.
One person on here has said they have got their adverts back after three months, but the majority of people do not get them back at all.
Others have said they have received their adverts back but they had to stop playing their game completely for a minimum of six months and usually near to a year. In this instance not playing means not opening your game at all for any reason.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
