The game Candy Crush is no longer playable. The "half/half spinach" commercial keeps crashing, and all you get is this ad. No more extra moves, boosters, or levels. Why isn't anything being done about this? By you guys? You can't remove it yourself.
Ja speel op Android. Zodra de advertentie verschijnt loopt het vast. Kan soms wel terug naar het spel. Maar krijg daardoor geen extra zetten boosters en levels. En dat is heel vervelend want daardoor kan je heel vaak het level niet uitspelen. Zo jammer.Het lijkt nu weer even goed te gaan. Hopelijk blijft het zo. Mochten jullie dit verholpen hebben dan heel erg bedan

That sounds incredibly frustrating! I’m really sorry you’re dealing with that. If an ad is crashing the game and blocking progress like that, I completely understand why it feels unplayable.
We don’t have the ability to remove or block specific ads directly from the community side, but we do rely on player reports to flag problematic ads so they can be investigated and taken out of rotation.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner. Click x , supposed to exit or go to next page of ad. Usually goes to ad's web page. When you try to return to candy crush , it stuck…
