In app purchases!

I can’t understand why King/Itunes can’t/won't fix the problem with in app purchases. I had numerous “standard” replies from the King experts and nothing works! The ability to purchase extra moves, etc has been down for months. If you can develop games why can’t you fix this! It was working fine for years!

Hello @r2jacobs Welcome to the community.

The vast majority of players have no problems making in app purchases in Candy Crush. To understand your problem it would help us to know the specifics. Do you have a connection issue so that you cannot access the shop at all? Or do you get an error message? If so, a screenshot of that message would help. In order to fix the problem King need to know what exactly the problem is. I am particularly surprised by your mention of "Itunes". If you think this is an issue with your Apple ID then Apple are the people to contact about that.
