Winter Cup

Hello everyone.
I’m interested in how it’s possible that a player who has completed four times fewer levels than me has collected more blue candles. Since the qualifications started, I’ve completed at least 400 levels, and he hasn’t even done 200. It’s as if he was playing levels with only blue candles.

You have the correct number of blue candies for the 400 levels you played. Either you are part of the group with the multiplier tokens or the player card has not been updated since this player started to race through their levels, or this is a glitch in the event. As michimune pointed out there is a group of players with multiplier tokens. These different test groups are separate from one another we have been assured by the CM, so if you aren't seeing the tokens in your game neither should your opponents. However we know that Candy Crush is a game full of glitches and errors and we do not trust what King tell us, so it cannot be discounted that a player with the multiplier tokens has appeared in your group.

I would strongly suggest not to worry about it too much at this point: You will both qualify for the next round, that is certain.

Since the event started, I have completed at least 400 levels. Even if we assume that he played all 195 levels he has completed during the event, that is still twice as many on my side, yet I still have fewer blue candles. How?

It has been pointed out here by michimune that you are referring to the level the player started at when the round started and the level they are at now. This kind of data is not reliable from the player cards. These do not get updated live like the leaderboards do. It is possible the player card has not been updated yet.

You are correct in stating that to score 53,000 points a player would need to play about 400 levels. That seems to be my calculation also. Therefore I wonder if you are in fact in one of the test groups that has the multiplier tokens?

I only half read it I guess. I was just going by the player cards posted. Thanks for pointing out my error.

In that case what is the error is that the player cards are not updated very often, so never go by the player cards to assess other players' progress in live leaderboard competitions.

Although your English is better than me a lot 😜, but I think you have misunderstood the question he asked.

He said he can get around 2,000 blue candies by passing ONE episode, so he got this score after passing at least 400 levels. He queried about a player hasn't even done 200 but got an average blue candies per level higher than him. He knows 195 is a number for 7 days, so this means she has passed even less levels in this round.

Problems with extra moves
Is anyone else having problems with trying to get moves for boosters after watching Ads? I watch the Ads, then try to X out for the next Ad, but the game takes me out completely, and this happens after sitting through the Ad for what seems forever!! It's very frustrating, since I keep losing a turn.
