Money removed from account, but did not get boosters

I paid for a quest completed and was supposed to receive 30 gold bars, one our of play and several items to use. The money was removed from my checking account through paypal, but did not receive any of the rewards. Who do I go through to get what I paid for, or get a credit

I have made multiple purchases and have not received any boosters at all. Tried savings, tried credit even tried another bank altogther. Am now over $60 poorer and nothing to show for it. Guess I just stop playing on the same day I stared playing. So much for finding a new passtime.
