Why does it take sooo long to solve
Did you receive an email from Player Support that was disappointing? In your original post you stated that you had not received an answer.
I am really disappointed in the answer provided
My guess would be that this kind of complaint is something the bots cannot answer and that the real people were all taking a holiday break. Candy Crush Player Support staff are not key-workers like those who run our hospitals, powerstations and police departments etc. So I can imagine that there was no one at the office over Christmas and New Year.
