No, the +10 extra moves are added as usual, so the feature seems utterly pointless. I didn't have the patience to fail enough times to fill the progress bar though, so maybe there's more to it, but I doubt.

I was tagged because we have been friends here for years @Anniseh and usually I can help people with a lot of questions like this one.

I'm sure it's not personal. It's great to see someone new wanting to help though. So welcome the the community!

Is this in replacement of the +10 extra moves the rest of us still get per fail? @MannyFae Vicky seems to suggest that is the case. But then, what's the point of even more moves?

Thanks Christine I still get offered the +5 which goes up by 10 each time after I fail, I tried clicking on it but nothing happened could be window dressing I suppose I will wait and see. I don't think it will reach 25 in my game cause I usually get the extra moves at 25 or 45 + UFO to pass and the milkshake thing resets back to 1 and starts counting up again when I lose a new game.

I saw this yesterday in my main game too, and I think the way it works is this:

Every time you fail a level, one or two stars are added to your total, depending on how far you have progressed towards the level goals. So apparently, they offer ONE extra move for failing a level 13 or more times. How generous, especially on a level that requires 45 extra moves and a UFO to pass 🤣

UPD. After the glass is full, a move is added to the next and subsequent attempts, and a new glass begins to fill. So eventually, someone with inhuman perseverance can accumulate enough moves to pass impossible levels.

and you always get an extra move cause you are getting a blue star in the middle

I feel I understand this: you got the blue star in the middle three times (3/25(as shown on the screen)) after you collect a blue star you get an extra move

Hi Vicky. No, I've not seen this feature yet. To be honest lately all these new test features have tended to be just window dressing, something making the game look " fresh and exciting", but then the mechanics are the same as other features that were replaced. This one is probably something to encourage players to pay for extra moves or to help players who are stuck maybe? Are you seeing this instead of the offer of +5 additional moves, which goes up by 10 each time we fail? Or are you seeing this as well as the offer of increasing extra moves with each fail? It would be interesting to hear from you how this develops. Let us know what happens when the number reaches 25. I can't wait to find out! 😉😄
