Reset progress

I want to reset my progress. I have na account connected with Facebook and i want to permanently reset from my actually level to level 1. Help

    before i answer, i want to know why you want to reset your progress to zero? if you have any game problem we can help you 😎


    If you want to go back to the beginning and start the adventure all over again, you have a couple of options: 

    • The easiest option is to scroll all the way back to the beginning of the map and just replay those earlier levels – this way if you get stuck on a level you can always just skip it and carry on regardless!
    • The second option is the most final – contact our Customer Care team here who will be able to manually erase all of your account’s progress. This option will depend on which King game you are playing, as some games cannot be reset. It's also worth noting that for this option - there’s no going back!

    I want to reset because i want to collect booster and it will give me more fun now when im start from the beginning. I don’t know is that enaught argument

    thank you for your feedback. 
    You do not have to reset the game to save boosters. 
    You can complete the Sugar Drop Receipt twice a day for 1 hour. every 8 hours it is possible.
    best levels are 128, 281, 666, 906,1168,1476
    Play it for a week and see how much you can save boosters

    I’m stubborn and i already made my decision so i want to go back to level 1. I send the message with this request and what kind of time i must waiting to remove progress

    You have two options. You can log out of your account and then start from level 1 without logging in but this way your progress won't be saved if you reinstall the game.
    The second option is to fill in the support form here https://soporto.king.com/contact

    Please note that once you fill in the support form you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message so the support team can reach you. If you don't answer they will not contact you again.

    i send them messege and they send me this on my meil. I click the ,,king  care,, and then i scroll and click ,, contact is,, and i send them messege once more. I did it right ? 
    I am confused because they send me this e-mail one more
