Game Board Color Buttons Not Responding

Hi, I’m trying to change the game board color via in-game settings of Soda Crush Saga, but nothing’s happening when I tap on the five themes. It used to work perfectly, but after I deleted and reinstalled the game, it does absolutely nothing.
I’ve tried these things multiple times:
•restarting my iPhone
•deleting and reinstalling the app
•signing in and out between multiple accounts
•clearing all caches

My device: iPhone 13, iOS 18.6.2,
App version 1.308.3

Has anyone else experienced this problem before, and is it a known bug that can be resolved by the backend staff? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!”

Hello @Foot_Got_Whipped I am not aware of any way to change the colour in Candy Crush Saga. How are you trying to change the colour? Is it in Settings? Please could you post a screenshot of the page that gives you the "five themes" option.

Hi I've purchased gold season pass yet after I had to reinstall the app I still have access to the 8 lives but nothing else in the pass? I've attached screenshot that shows my lives are currently above the normal 5 and the other screenshot shows the pass as locked? Please advise
