im on level 10537. after clearing all requirements, im left with 2 gummi bears and they dont seem to appear. ive ben at this level for the last 2 or so weeks. help

and see what happens. this is my board after Ive cleared everthing and from then on, dragon does not come up to the last life.
My opening board is the same as @Tarummu 's, @christinewupp . But it does work correctly, and three dragons appear as soon as there's enough space for them to drop.
The issue looks similar to the issue that level 9606 had until it was redesigned, where for some players the dispensers would drop only one dragon no matter what they do. Perhaps King are testing a change in dispenser programming to make it more flexible (and keep reducing moves). If so, it doesn't seem to work.

Which version of this level are you seeing @MannyFae ? My screenshot is below and I passed on my first attempt with no problem. The difficulty rating I see is "hard".
It is similar to mine but it is not the same. Are you playing the latest update? I am playing update 1.318.01.
How does your board look after you have cleared the licorice underneath the dragon portals?

Hello @Tarummu . I wonder if your version of this level is functioning correctly. Please take a look at my screenshot below and let us know if looks anything like your level. As you can see after I played a few moves three sprinks are visible with an order of 3.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
