The Winter Cup announcement included details about a new feature being tested — the 10X Multiplier. Perhaps the player Muhammet was part of that test group. However, the explanation from @Nobody1 below is more plausible.
Wow, my response from a week ago was finally released from moderation.
This person is at the end of the map, and so completed the new 60 levels, and then did the rest in the Star Tournament. They probably did hundreds of levels there. This is very easy to do without spending ANY gold bars (other than what is needed to get through those 60 levels). That is why I think that if you're at the end of the map and have ads to get extra moves and to save up starting boosters, it is an advantage being at the end of the map for these smaller tournaments where you don't have to play super fast.
