If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it.If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/Kingdom account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.
If the issue persists, after reconnecting, please email this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.

Just to check, was your game backed up to a King account or Facebook account? If so, have you tried logging back in using the same email address you used to save your progress?
We also have a guide HERE with a few steps you can try to restore your levels.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
