This is directly for you moderators … maybe you can tell the powers that be .

So I decided to delete my account and start fresh … kinda like an experiment because I really love the game but am pretty much done with it .Havent spent a penny and NEVER will . You got me once but never again . Of course I dont see any ads .So … you open the app for the first time that day and you get the daily treat machine it gives you no choice but to engage with it and then it gives you a timed whatever. Of course because they try to force you to play right then and there . Also I earned the super color bomb … didnt lose any levels and it just vanished LOL. about an hour in ? Can you explain this ?

Of course all the " gliches " are in King's favor . What the f*** is wrong with you creatures ? 🤣

When you start a new account, it’s normal to see a different experience early on. Some features, tutorials, and rewards are designed to appear at specific moments, especially for new or reset accounts. That includes things like the Daily Treat Machine or timed boosters, which are meant to introduce mechanics rather than force spending.

Regarding the Super Color Bomb, if it was part of a timed reward, it will disappear once the timer runs out, even if you haven’t lost any levels. That’s expected behavior and not a glitch.

As for ads, availability depends on several factors and can change over time or between accounts.

One important note: we’re always happy to explain how things work, but we do ask everyone to keep the conversation respectful. Feedback is welcome, personal attacks are not.

I’ll pass along the general sentiment you’ve shared, but we won’t be able to change or override how these systems work on individual accounts.
